AI Untapped is a small media operation. A YouTube channel, a newsletter, a stack of internal tools I keep building, and a few experiments I haven't named yet. It's lean on purpose — I don't want a 30-person team, I want a handful of sharp people who can each own a thing end-to-end.
Most weeks I'm bottlenecked on production, not ideas. If you can take something off my plate — writing, editing, automation, design — and ship it cleanly, we'll get along.
Individuals only. Pick the closest match — or write "other" in the form if your skill set sits between these.
n8n, Make, custom scripts, Claude / Cursor workflows. Someone who sees a manual loop and wires it shut.
Long-form and short-form. Snappy cuts, B-roll instincts, opinions about pacing. Premiere or DaVinci, no preference.
You can read an hour of dense content and come back with the three things that actually matter. Pain-led hooks, no fluff.
You understand small-channel CTR. You'd rather ship five iterations than nail it on the first.
You can take a fuzzy idea and turn it into a working agent or workflow. Bonus if you've shipped Claude or OpenAI integrations.

No long interviews, no take-home assignments dressed up as "case studies." We do a small paid project first, then decide.
Five fields, two minutes. Skip anything that doesn't apply. The "what you'd want to work on" box matters most.
Either with a paid trial brief (real work, $25 to $200 depending on scope) or an honest no. I won't ghost you.
If the trial lands well, we move to per-project or retainer. If not, you keep the payment and we both move on.
All fields optional except name, email, and the last one. Brevity is fine.
Most work happens in writing. Loom and Slack are fine. Live calls only when there's actually a reason.
Not free spec work. You'll do a small piece of actual production with a real deadline and get paid for it.
I work nomadic. As long as you can hit deadlines, I don't care where you are or what hours you keep.
